Dear Colleagues

Email address(es) of attendee(s)
Name and date of course(s)
A Purchase Order form for the appropriate amount (£295+vat per place per course)
Can’t See the Course You’re Looking For?
If you cannot see the course or date you are looking for, we may agree to create a course for you providing that you can start the course off with three places or more (possibly in partnership with another local authority). Such courses will normally be held in central London, central Newcastle, Opportunity Links Cambridge or Leeds.
Packages of Courses
We now offer delegate places in packages of 5 or 10 with a 10% discount (£1327+vat and £2655+vat respectively). You can use the places for any number of staff and on any course.
Alternatively we are happy to create a bespoke agenda and run the training at a site of your choice. The cost is £1500 + vat per day for a maximum of ten delegates (seven on queries and reports courses).
Outlines for courses are given below the dates; agendas on request. To discuss any of the above, please call Simon on 01223 566522 or email simon.farley@opp-links.org.uk.

Terms of Business for Training
Payment
The course fee must be paid, in full, no later than 14 working days prior to the start of the course. Opportunity Links reserves the right to re-allocate the course place to another delegate if fees are not paid on time. Failure to receive the course fees in adherence with these terms means that Opportunity Links reserves the right to request payment on the day of the course.

Cancelling courses
All cancellations to bookings must be made 5 working days prior to the start of a course. If a booking is cancelled within the 5 days or if the delegate fails to attend the course, the full course fee must be paid immediately.
Changing delegate details
There will be no charge if a substitute person wishes to replace the original delegate. Please inform our office of any change to the original booking.
Cancellation of courses by Opportunity Links and changes to course content
Opportunity Links’ courses are constantly updated and improved and Opportunity Links reserves the right to alter any of the courses’ content without prior notice. Opportunity Links reserves the right to cancel a course at any time without liability. In these circumstances, delegates will be offered an alternative date, a credit note or a full refund.

The notes and training for Opportunity Links courses cannot be relied upon for legal interpretation. Neither Opportunity Links nor its employees, trainers or consultants can accept responsibility for delegates’ actions, or those of other people reading the course notes or interpreting the training in litigation, or responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of relying on the training or the training notes. If in doubt, consult a lawyer.
